1. Copies of previous tests related to your child's medical condition, Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), EEG/EMG and Blood tests and medical history.
2. Fill in the examination form on our appointment page. (If you have filled it before, you do not need to fill it again).

A check-up appointment can be made for the first month after our examination. The check-up appointment is free of charge. Our patient follow-up is applied 24/7. 6. EEG (Electroencephalogram)
EEG recording can be done in our clinic, but it can also be done at the place you stay (at home, at your hotel). For detailed information, you can get detailed information by calling our clinic or make an appointment for EEG recording. EEG taken outside three (3) months ago is accepted in our clinic; however, the EEG taken by our clinic is evaluated for the EEG taken three (3) months ago.
